Choose Your Gift — how our Facebook voting works

Below is everything you need to know to take part, cast a valid vote, and claim your in-game reward.

What it is

About once every two weeks we publish a “Choose Your Gift” post on the official SuperCity Facebook page.

In that post, we offer 2 or 3 items to choose from. Players have one day to vote for the item they want.

On the next day, we tally the votes, announce the winner in the same post, and grant that item to all players as a free gift.

How to vote

You must vote using Facebook reactions only.

In the post, each option is matched with a specific reaction (for example: ❤️ for Item 1, 😮 for Item 2, 🙂 for Item 3).
Tap the exact reaction assigned to the item you support.
Comments, likes without the specified reaction, or any other actions are not counted as votes.

Tip: double-check you selected the correct reaction before you leave the post — it’s the only way your vote will be registered.

How long the vote lasts

Usually the voting window is 24 hours (one day). Sometimes it can be longer. Always rely on the duration stated in the post itself — that timing is final for that launch.

How to know a voting has started

Two places to watch:

Official SuperCity Facebook page — we’ll publish the “Choose Your Gift” post there.
In-game News — a news notification appears in the game when voting starts.

Where results appear

After voting ends and we count the reactions, we update the same Facebook post to indicate the winning item. Check that post for the result.

How to claim your gift in the game

Open the game and go to News (the in-game “News” window).
Click the green button to claim.
Each gift has an expiration time shown on the news window. If you don’t claim before that time, the gift expires and can’t be restored.
