The new megabuilding will help you use your available land more efficiently. It combines the benefits of several buildings while occupying less space. Whether you enjoy carefully planning every neighborhood or simply want to make your city even more productive, the new megabuilding will be a useful and attractive part of your collection.

Core upgrade rules

1. Have one non-upgraded building of the required type in storage.

2. Use upgrade plans from the Trip to the Countryside (beyond level 2) and/or the Bathyscaphe (beyond level 6).

3. The third item may vary by building.
