Prosperity Point
Ready for more room to dream, decorate, and experiment without tearing up your main city? Prosperity Point is a brand-new paid location in SuperCity, created for mayors who want extra space, total freedom, and a fresh canvas to bring bold ideas to life.
This offer is available only for Portal players and works through a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime, but while your subscription is active, Prosperity Point becomes your personal “bonus land” where your creativity can finally stretch out.

What is Prosperity Point?
Prosperity Point is temporary premium land you can use for a monthly fee:
- A special location where you can place and use buildings and decors almost like on your other locations
- A space that’s perfect for large layouts, seasonal setups, collections, and design experiments
- A place to expand freely, build comfortably, and keep your main city clean and organized
It’s not just “more tiles.” It’s more freedom, and for many players, that’s the most valuable resource of all.

How to get there
Getting to Prosperity Point is part of the charm:
- Access to the new location is available through the portal version of the game.
- The entrance is through a hot air balloon located in the center of your city
- Once your subscription is active, you can travel there and start building right away

Why it’s worth it
1) Expansions with no effort
Prosperity Point is designed to be smooth and stress-free:
- All expansions are free (no need to purchase each expansion like in other locations)
- No obstacles on expansions (nothing to clear before you build)
That means you spend your time creating, not cleaning.
2) A true “extra land” solution for advanced cities
As your city grows, space becomes precious. Prosperity Point gives you a smart, flexible way to:
- Move big design projects off your main map
- Create themed districts (festivals, parks, landmarks, seasonal decoration zones)
- Keep your city layout tidy while still collecting and showcasing what you love
- Clear your whole location with one click to start building afresh
3) House drops still count
Anything you collect from buildings placed there still counts in the game, so it’s not a “decor-only” zone. It’s a usable part of your city ecosystem.
4) A generous area
The total size of Prosperity Point is 5x5 expansions, with each individual expansion giving you a generous 12x12 grid to build on.
That’s a lot of room for planning, grouping, and making your layouts feel intentional.

What you can place there
On the paid location, you can have (by default) all buildings and decorations that exist in the game. However, there are a few important limitations:

1. Expansion quests won’t be completed by unlocking Prosperity Point
If you get tasks like “buy/get expansions” (for example, “buy/get 2 expansions”), purchasing access to Prosperity Point will not count toward those tasks.
To complete those quests and claim rewards, you must still purchase expansions on any other location in the game.
2. Some buildings/decors cannot be placed
You cannot place:
- Anything that can be placed only on water
3. No Wind Rose
You cannot place the Wind Rose on this location.
Subscription details: how access works
Prosperity Point is unlocked via a monthly subscription (auto-renewable).

You’re always in control: you can choose not to renew and you can cancel your subscription at any moment.

What happens if you cancel or don’t renew?
If the subscription ends, you lose access to Prosperity Point.
If you have buildings placed there when the subscription ends, you will be able to send them back to your storage, but their uncollected profit from them will be lost. You can then continue using these buildings from your storage as usual.
