Atelier of Aromas Reimagined: All You Need to Know About the Event

We took your comments directly to the drawing board and put in significant effort to refine this event. We haven't just tweaked things; we've reimagined the experience to make it feel faster, fairer, and far more rewarding.

What’s new

• Solvent refill is a breeze: Solvent now regenerates hourly! You can pick up to 6 drops every 6 hours (that’s approximately 4 times faster than before) so you can get back to creating aromas much quicker.
• More solvent on the game board: Solvent drops now appear more often on the board itself, meaning more opportunities to chain your moves and extend your playtime.
• Progress bar keeps you going: The event's preogress bar now includes interim rewards of solvent drops! This helps replenish your stock and keeps your momentum high as you work toward the grand prize.
• Higher odds for secret bottles (catalyst enhanced): Using a catalyst now provides a significantly higher chance of revealing secret bottles, which are your key to winning valuable prizes like superbucks, Treasure Hunt tools, Expedition bombs, dice, rare Island resources, and more!
• Increased Catalyst value: We’ve boosted the overall value of the rewards you get when using a catalyst, increasing the possibility of winning highly sought-after items, including seasonal currency, Countryside Secret Store coins, expedition energy, and Cellar Quest energy.
• Expanded ×2 bonus in the event shop: This essential feature allows you to double the most important rewards, whether it’s a specific game board item or the precious solvent you need the most.

A distinctive city sight you earn from the progress track. It’s upgradeable — filling the bar again lets you level it up for stronger payouts over time.

Upgrade bonuses by level
Level 1: 10,000 coins, 3000 piastres, 1-3 candies/glass baubles every 24 hours
Level 2: 15,000 coins, 3500 piastres, 1 useful item, 2-4 candies/glass baubles every 22 hours
Level 3: 20,000 coins, 4000 piastres, 1-2 useful items, 3-5 candies/glass baubles every 20 hours
Level 4: 20,000 coins, 4500 piastres, 10-15 chefcoins, 1-2 useful items, 3-6 candies/glass baubles every 20 hours
Level 5: 20,000 coins, 4500 piastres, 15-20 chefcoins, 1-2 useful items, 4-6 candies/glass baubles every 18 hours
Level 6: 30,000 coins, 5000 piastres, 25-30 chefcoins, 2-3 useful items, 4-7 candies/glass baubles every 16 hours

Top five tips from our game designers

1. Examine the rewards on the game board. If you like a reward, take it with solvent; if you love it, use an ×2 bonus on it; if you hate it, upgrade it with a catalyst.

2. Use catalysts on items you don’t want. A catalyst replaces the bottle’s content. Rerolling “junk” is risk-free.

3. Pick a strategy that fits your stash.

• Low catalysts (“Pragmatist”): Collect all good or non-upgradable rewards with solvent → spend your catalysts on the leftovers → move on.‍
• Many catalysts (“Hunter”): Use solvent only for the top prizes and non-upgradable bottles → upgrade the rest with catalysts to fish top-tier rewards.

‍4. Know your colors. Catalyst upgrades the bottle color as follows: Blue → Yellow → Green → Pink. Purple can appear by chance.

‍5. Check the event shop for free reagents. Make sure you pick them regularly for smooth and steady progress.
